We Green Coast Real Estate (GCRE) have signed a green building project with Taka Solutions on our new 110,000 sq. ft. headquarters building, warehouses, and commercial facilities in the strategic area of Um Ramool. Taka Solutions will be providing advanced energy modeling & engineering support to assist us through the design, construction & commissioning process to achieve our ambitious Net Zero Energy goal to provide cleaner and better energy solutions for our future tenants
